Born in Toronto, Chris grew up in a widely multicultural neighborhood, experiencing and admiring different cultures and cuisines from a young age. Moving to Calgary at fourteen, he started his first job in the restaurant industry and hasn’t looked back since. Over the past twenty five years Chris has been involved with and guided some of the most beloved restaurants in the city. A diverse Chef with a passion for various cuisines and fresh, seasonal, local ingredients. A creative menu planner for anything from fine dining to more casual fare. An easy going, fun loving, family man. He loves to share his passion and artistry of cuisine with those around him.

Born in Calgary, Justin discovered his passion for cooking at a young age. With over 25 years of experience, his culinary journey has continued to evolve and thrive. He began his career at leading chain restaurants and further honed his skills by moving to top restaurants and hotels in Calgary. His expansion to roles in Toronto, Iceland, and several prestigious hotels in Vancouver allowed him to flourish as a chef.
Travel and life experiences have been equally significant for Justin, who relishes incorporating global ingredients into his dishes. He is adept at pushing the envelope with flavors and spices, creatively assembling dishes that both delight and surprise, while honoring the client's desires and respecting the ingredients.
In pursuit of a better work-life balance, Justin now takes joy in planning events, meal planning, and teaching.
